| Statutory Objectives |
| The
purpose of the Old-Catholic Mariavite Church is the propagation of the
Gospel and the public exercise of the Divine Worship according
to the catholic rite. It professes the same Creed, the same Faith
and has
the same Sacraments that the Roman catholic Church
from which it results historically by indisputable Apostolic Succession.
It also proposes by the ministry of its priests, to bring to all those which are in the ordeal and the distress, the comfort and the relief of the Prayer, in accordance with Teaching of Christ and the Gospel and with the receivedTradition of the Apostles. Anxious to testify to the grace and the Mercy of the Lord, it is also, by the Ministry of Reception and Listening, a place of communion open to all without distinction. |

| In
France,
only the OLD CATHOLIC MARIAVITE CHURCH, having its seat in Paris
10th, 47 rue de l'Echiquier, is legally and canonically recognized by the
OLD CATHOLIC MARIAVITE CHURCH having its seat with PLOCK, Poland
and in fact integral part.
This Province of France of the Old-Catholic Mariavite Church was canonically set up on December 18, 1988 by Mgr Kowalski, Bischop - Primacy deceased on August 8, 1997. |

the framework of the OLD CATHOLIC MARIAVITE CHURCH - PROVINCE OF FRANCE
- DIOCESE OF FRANCE, canonically exist a Congregation of
monk mariavites, a Congregation of sisters mariavites (of Blessed
Sacrament andPerpetual Worship) known as "Mariavites Sisters"
and a Fraternity mariavite (Third-Order).
These congregations and fraternity are controled by the Rules of Saint François and Sainte Claire and the Constitutions specifics to the Mariavite Congregation. |

The OLD CATHOLIC MARIAVITE CHURCH - PROVINCE OF FRANCE - DIOCESE OF FRANCE is placed under the ecclesial jurisdiction of the OLD CATHOLIC MARIAVITE CHURCH OF POLAND whose seat is with PLOCK (Poland), Église member of the World Council of Churches (WCC-COE), of the Conference of the European Churches (KEK) and the World Council of Churches of Poland.
